In our modern lives, we focus so heavily on work and family commitments that they never seem to have time for pure fun. Somewhere between childhood and adulthood, we stop playing. When we do carve out some leisure time, we're more likely to zone out in front of the TV or computer than engage in creative play like we did as children.   Learning the art of clowning will help you reconnect with your inner child and start creating  and playing again.  Every Monday for couple of hours you can forget about the mundane  reality and flex your imagination muscles.
